About this Juniper Bonsai, Trained, 11 by 10 Inches (Juniperus procumbens)
Seventeen years of growth have gone into this compact 7 by 11 by 10 inch Juniperus procumbens Nana, the smallest of the trained junipers in the group, in a 9-inch blue and green oval container. The tighter frame makes it a straightforward tree to place on a bench or a windowsill shelf outside. Dwarf junipers from Japan are hardy, long-lived and forgiving of rough conditions. Grow it outdoors in full light, over a gritty mix, letting the surface dry between waterings.
