About this Japanese Green Maple Bonsai, Trained, 27 Years Old (Acer palmatum)
27 years of work have shaped this green-leaved Acer palmatum, now 22 inches in height with branches spanning 18 by 21 inches. Japanese maples of this type are tough and straightforward to grow, and they suit a deck, terrace or garden bed where they can be seen at close range. Give the tree a sunny position, since both the spring flush and the late-season change read better in good light. Being deciduous, it stays outside, where the natural cycle of the year can run its course.

This is a living Japanese Maple (Acer palmatum). Before you buy, this is what it will ask of you:
