About this Wire Bonsai Tree Sculpture, Weeping Willow Style
Wire art rather than a plant: here the strands are worked into a weeping willow shape, with long trailing branches that hang down and away from the trunk instead of reaching upward. Black steel wire of 22 gauge keeps those drooping tips slender enough to hold their curve. A bonding agent secures the sculpture to its stand, a slab of mined granite polished to a smooth face, which carries small round felt pads on the underside.
