About this Round Mica Bonsai Pot, 12.5" x 3.5"
Round mica pot measuring 12.5 inches across and 3.5 inches deep outside, with an 11.5 by 2.75 inch interior. The shallow depth relative to its diameter suits a tree trained in an informal upright or slant style, where the roots spread wide rather than deep. Brown and unglazed, it follows the standard convention pairing this kind of finish with conifers and junipers rather than flowering trees. Mica holds up well outdoors, resisting cracking through cold snaps, and helps keep soil temperature steadier than a thin ceramic pot would, a small but real advantage for a tree that lives outside through the year.
