About this Humidity/Drip Tray Bonsai Pebbles, Large 3.0 lb.
Three pounds of river pebbles, sized to line a bonsai humidity or drip tray. The usual practice is to keep a little water in the tray and stand the pot on the stones rather than directly in the water, so the pebbles hold the pot clear of the waterline while the water beneath evaporates around the tree. Spread them in an even layer over the base of the tray and top the water up as the level falls. They also tidy the look of a tray on display.
