About this Dark Brown Bonsai Training Pot, Rectangle Heavy Duty Plastic, Taller Profile 9.5" x 6.5" x 3.5"
Growing on a larger specimen calls for a training container with real depth, and this rectangular pot in dark brown heavy duty plastic provides it at 9.5 by 6.5 by 3.5 inches, taller than a standard shallow tray of similar length. The added volume suits a tree with a substantial root system or a trunk still being thickened before a move into a display pot. Rectangular training pots of this size are built for function, standing up to repeated repotting and root pruning without concern for finish. Once branch structure and nebari are further along, the tree is typically shifted into a glazed or unglazed pot suited to it.
