About this Black Humidity/Drip Bonsai Tray, 8" Round 8.0" x 1.25"
Described as heavy duty, this black plastic tray is a round, 8-inch design standing 1.25 inches tall, built for repeated use rather than occasional display. Plastic trays like this one are lighter and less prone to chipping than ceramic, which suits a working bench where pots are moved and watered often. It performs the same basic role as any drip tray, catching water that runs through the pot during watering, protecting the surface beneath from stains, and holding a shallow reserve of water that adds humidity around the tree. The plain black finish keeps focus on the pot and tree rather than the tray itself.
