At 10.5 by 8.0 by 4.5 inches, this Aztec orange rectangle is one of the deeper and larger pots in the collection, suited to a tree whose root system has filled out over several seasons of growth. The bold orange glaze works best under flowering or fruiting trees, where the color has enough presence to hold its own, rather than under conifers traditionally kept in muted, unglazed containers. Depth here follows the Professional Series standard of running a little more generous than a plain rectangle of the same length. An attached humidity and drip tray sits beneath the pot to catch runoff.
